How Article Marketing Can Help You Make Extra Cash...Lots of It Actually

Posted By Sunganani On Friday, September 25, 2009 0 comments
A few months ago I started asking myself how I can make extra cahs with something I really enjoy doing. After some self assessment, I came the conclusion that I like writing and teaching. SO after some long search online I found this amazing concept called article marketing.

"How can one make money from article marketing?" Good question. Quite simple really! All you need to do is to be able to write a a few articles a day and you are set for extra cash each month. An over view will be in order. Click here.

The first thing you've got to do is to identify a niche and a target marketi. You need not have any prior knowledge of that niche at all, although that helps a lot when you are starting out. The most imporant thing is that it needs to have proven buyers with proven products.

The next thing is, of course, market research which will help you to do proper keyword targeting. Once you've identified your niche, the next important thing to do is to unearth those juicy keywords in that particular niche to target.

These groups of keywords will for the 'arsenal' for your articles. The next step is, logically, to sniff out a few affiliate programs or products to sell in that niche. This is not hard - all you have to do is Google "your niche+products" or "buy+your niche".

So what's the most crucial factor in your article? It's your title! Make sure your 'keyword' appears in the first four words of your title...

Let me not get ahead of myself her. There is a fella who has written a great, step by step guide on how to do this. Do everything he says, and thank me, and him, later. Click here.

Sure Signs That You Need More Money

Posted By Sunganani On Wednesday, September 16, 2009 0 comments
Here are a few signs that will show that you actually need more money
  1.  You keep thinking that you need a salary raise or package upgrade at the office. Usually this is a sign that you are financially crunched somewhere. This pretty soon leads to what I call “You got the wrong guy” syndrome. Let me explain. You begin to blame your boss, Human Resource, the company/organization, economy, for the way your life is soooo hard. Next you know, you talk to the co-worker, staff welfare and it leads to industrial strikes. You get the picture. You need more money but, more than half the time, you’ve got the wrong guy. You are the only one responsible to change your financial situation. This may mean prayer, more work, a side business and the list is really huge.
  2. You window shop, a lot, and actually buy anything on that day or any other day. The thoughts running in your mind as you do go something like “I wish I had enough money to get that”. Guess what, that is a sure obvious sign that you need more money! Why is it called window shopping when you usually do not buy anything except envy for those who are able to? Next time you go out window shopping, do what a close friend of mine does: goes into this one shop in Blantyre, looks at the thing he wants but does not yet have the money for it and he asks himself “How can I afford it?” You will be amazed at the creativity God will unleash in you.
  3. You see someone who needs help and you hear yourself saying “I wish I could help”.
  4. Your daughter is admitted in a private clinic and all you can think of is the bill, the bill  and nothing but the bill so help me God.
  5. You do not want to check the mail because more than half the time, it is creditors in their different forms….
  6. Your son asks you for a cheap toy and you can’t even buy that.
  7. You really do not like the fact that the offering basket won’t get any heavier after it passes you…

Go ahead, ad to this list, you have been there or are there.

I am on my way out.

Learn About Money Early

Posted By Sunganani On Monday, September 07, 2009 0 comments
If money is so important in everyday life, how come we learn about it in a very passive manner? And to make things worse, much later in life (at least for the majority)? Isn't it something we should have been learning when we were learning about all the other important things that are required in life like...well, the year World War II ended or when man first landed on the moon? The second one actually has had very little to do with my financial status but I digress. Back to the issue at hand.

We need to start early but just how early is early to begin to learn about what money is, how it is made, how to use it wisely, how to multiply it, how to make it work for you etc? Most of the education we have is about how to account for the money but not how to earn it or multiply it. There is a lot of information about how to spend it, good and bad. But again, I digress. When is it wise to start learning about money?

I think as early as possible. I started teaching my son about money a few months ago and he is really showing great acumen for it. He is seven but some of the concepts he has grasped are things I learned  in my late teens. I am sure that as my "home study course" continues, he will be better armed than I am. Just last weekend, he and his sister asked me if they could plant some vegetables to eat and some to sell so they can make money...seriously. I think by the time he is in his late teens, he will be able to have enough to pay for his own school and things and his mother and I get to breathe easier financially. Personally, I think that we should start as early as possible and however late you think it may be is never too late.

If you want to learn more about money, I recommend my friend Henry's course entitled Money 101. You can contact him by clicking here.
